How it works

When you see a seller, buyer or tenant that needs services, simply log in to the Hitch app and tick the appropriate boxes. Hitch users don’t need to worry about organising payment. We’ve negotiated rates with a large panel of providers, including AGL, Origin, Red Energy & Telstra. In fact, we've secured some of the most competitive rates in the market. Don’t worry - only the best providers, with the strongest record of customer service, are included in the panel.You can set up your own connections in Hitch too, to help automate and streamline your existing relationships.After selecting the appropriate provider, you can send off the referrals with one tap. Your client will receive an email inviting them to accept the referral. If they do, Hitch will alert the provider that it’s time to take the next step. For connections, Hitch Concierge staff will call the sellers/buyers/tenants and help them find the best provider for their needs. Then, Hitch takes care of all the referral paperwork with legally compliant electronic consent and stores all documents in the one place for ease of access. You’ll be kept in the loop at all times, so you can check on the progress of every referral whenever you please. And the best part? It costs you nothing apart from a nominal charge for processing the payments you receive from providers.
