Rex’s help centre provides you with easy access to comprehensive documentation about every aspect of your new workflow and marketing platform. As well as written articles, the support centre includes over 160 short (2-5 minutes) help videos that walk you through the entire system step by step. We’re sure you’ll never lose your footing.

Dedicated, in-house support team

Our support team works full time in our office in Brisbane answering our clients’ support requests and resolving issues. Rex University helps all your staff get up to speed

Rex University is a complete online training course for your Rex CRM to help you get the most from the system.  The courses include videos, walk-throughs and a short quiz at the end of each module.  

Our virtual instructors walk you through practically everything you can do in Rex on desktop and mobile. As well as covering the basics, these courses teach your staff how to use Rex best right from the get go. Then, down the track, it's a helpful way for your agents to refresh their knowledge and pick up features they might be missing out on.

Streamlined on-boarding process

As well as support and help documentation, we offer free training to all our users, whenever they like. Over the course of every month, we run four dedicated webinars for salespeople, and two for admin staff. Our webinars cover all of the features in the CRM – starting with the basics and working up to the more advanced functionality.

Training represents a brilliant starting point for new users as well as veterans who need a refresher.
