Rex covers the entire contract management workflow. This includes management of multiple offers, backup offers (in New Zealand) and solicitor/conveyancer correspondence on settlement.

Contract tracking includes entry and follow-up of key dates, including deposit, finance and special condition dates.

Rex includes a status update dialog allowing you to update the status of various key contract dates and a dedicated home screen stream to help contract agents and administrators follow up payment of deposits/satisfaction of conditions etc.

Acceptance/condition tracking includes a verification step that is privilege restricted to users with administrative privileges. This makes sure contract status information is always accurate for financial, operational and franchise reporting.


REI Forms Live, ADL Forms & REINZ Forms Integrations

Rex has integrations and functionality to take the burden out of legal forms. Our integrations with REI Forms Live (Realworks Live in QLD), ADL Forms and REINZ Forms give subscribing Rex users the ability to generate listing authorities, contracts of sale, entry notices and hundreds of other legal forms for sales and rental inside of Rex. REI Forms Live covers all Australian states, bar Victoria.

You can generate forms from the appropriate listing or property record on the fly. Rex also keeps a permanent record so that forms can be retrieved at any time.


Integration merges Rex data to remote forms, reduces double data handling

Copying and pasting endless data back and forth is never fun. Once data is entered into Rex we can use it to fill out e-forms for you: we merge data from your contact, property and other related records and use it to automatically fill out appropriate fields in any forms available in ADL Forms, REI Forms Live & REINZ Forms.


Settlement workflow (via included tracks and templates)

Rex lets you manage solicitor correspondence on deposit, conditions and settlement. The software includes a series of merge templates and activity tracks to help automate the sales/settlement workflow. You’re able to modify these or build your own settlement process from the ground up to suit your real estate business.
