Typically, a high-quality, fully-responsive, real estate specific website would cost around $25,000 to set up and around $7000 a year to maintain and keep up to date with the latest and greatest technology.Complex larger sites for agencies with specific website needs, groups/franchises can easily cost more than $50,000 especially if there's a lot of custom functionality required.
