Rex’s contact sync is based on the CardDAV protocol – an address book client/server protocol designed to allow users to access and share contact data on a server (in our case, your Rex account).
Once configured, the CRM will sync selected contacts to your chosen device or email client. The contacts designated for sync are based on your preferences. Supported devices/apps include:
Contact sync gives you the ability to quickly access contact information for your sellers and other important clients across your email and phone communication as well as identifying emails and phone numbers as being from important clients.
Users with appropriate permissions can export some or all of the data available in the contact record. This includes custom data and tags that are specific to your agency.
Data can be exported to CSV (allowing analysis in applications excel, or import into other applications) or generated into an html report for quick review.
