Tenancy Application Improvements

To help with HMO and general compliance requirements, tenancy applications on listings now support:

  • number of households
  • number of occupants
  • agreement type

The number of dependents field has been removed (any existing data has been migrated to number of occupants).

In addition, to reduce volume of additional data entry, simplify AML checks (when necessary), the guarantor fields have been updated to reference a contact record rather than individual fields on the tenant application. Any existing data stored in the old guarantor fields have been added as a note on the application.
