We’ve enhanced privacy controls in Rex CRM to give you more confidence when managing your appraisals and notes.

What’s New:

  • Appraisal History Locked: Only users with the “Read Any” privilege for Property Appraisals can view appraisal history.
  • Note Authors Protected: Only users with the “Read Any” privilege for Notes can see who authored a note.

Why This Matters:

  • Log information into the CRM knowing that only those who need access will be able to see it.
  • Perfect for agencies operating in Closed Office environments, ensuring prospects and opportunities remain private.
