We’ve introduced a powerful new tool to help managers oversee critical tasks and approvals within Rex CRM.

What’s New:

  • New Track Reminder Type: Tracks can now include an internal approval reminder for tasks requiring sign-off (e.g., vendor letters).
  • Progress Blocking: The rest of the track is paused until approval is received.
  • Approval Workflow:
    • Approvers can approve or reject the reminder, with the full history of communications saved.
    • Super Admins can approve or reject any reminder, even if not the designated approver.
  • Email Notifications: Assignees and approvers are notified about requests and approvals, keeping everyone in the loop.

Why This Matters:

  • Managers can oversee tasks requiring their approval.
  • Agents get the sign-offs they need while staying compliant.
  • Improved oversight ensures better processes and accountability for critical tasks.
