Exclude Documents from Merges

Have you ever accidentally sent out a document you weren't supposed to? Now you never will again, with our ability to exclude listing documents from merges.

By simply ticking a checkbox on a document, these documents will never appear in the merge list. Ensuring you can keep records of important & confidential documents without needing to worry about leaking sensitive information. Excluded documents are shown in the list with an icon next to them for visibility. This is available across Rex CRM and Rex Mobile.

The documents table is also now sortable. Click on the column header to sort.
