From now on, completing a listing enquiry lead will automatically generate feedback against the listing—no manual entry required!

What’s New?

  • Auto-generated Feedback: If no feedback has been added, Rex will create one for you upon completing a lead. These entries are pre-approved for reporting and show up on the Feedback tab.
  • Comprehensive Buyer Insights: To view a detailed list of potential buyers, click the ‘View Contacts Linked to Feedback’ button.

Why it Matters

Ensure your list of potential buyers is always complete, and your vendor reports stay accurate with minimal effort. Click ‘Complete’ on a lead, and let Rex do the rest.
