Last year, in line with new UK regulations, we added some new property fields. We wanted to ensure you know about them. You can now add:

  • Additional property Features, E.g. air conditioning & solar.
  • New utility information, E.g. electrical supply & broadband.
  • New flood risk information, E.g. flooding dates & sources.
  • New restriction check, E.g. land & use restrictions.

What This Means for You:

  • It is easier than ever to keep listings pushed from Rex to UK portals compliant with government regulations.
  • Provide valuable listing information to buyers, helping them make informed decisions.
