Engineering
Engineers at Rex are an integrated part of our Product teams and help us to validate, scope, refine and ultimately build features and functionality to the right standard.
Design & UX
The Design & UX team ensures we fully understand the user problems we address. Using experimentation, qualitative and quantitative research as well as data and metrics to develop world-class user experiences.
Marketing
Marketing drives demand for products, launches new products and features, increases engagement and growth and enables sales and customer success teams to thrive.
Product
Product leads the development of product strategy, identify and validate opportunities to create new features and functionality to drive growth in engagement and revenue.
Creative
Our creative team is responsible for our brand, tone and messaging for the Rex suite of products. They develop everything from creative assets including photography and video through to the website you’re on now.
Customer Success
The first port of call for all of our customers to get support with onboarding, getting the best out of the products and to learn about new features.
Sales
The lifeblood of the Rex team, sales help us attract new customers and to grow our market share.
People & Culture
People and Culture look after our culture, environment, growth, equipment and of course, our people. Their job is to help ensure our teams are engaged, performing, growing and have clear paths for development and find joy in what we do.

Hybrid work policy
We have a range of design and developer teams working remotely, with business services staff working in both a hybrid and in-office approach. Work fully remote or 2-3 days working from home.
Learning budget
We provide our staff with a $1,000 annual learning budget to invest in their own professional growth, along with paid learning leave to attend seminars and conferences.
