Peter Bongiorni

Peter joined Rex Software as its very first employee in 2011 and has been part of the company’s growth and evolution for more than a decade. Before moving into PropTech, Peter worked as a real estate sales agent and has maintained his real estate sales certificate ever since, giving him a deep understanding of agency life and the practical challenges faced by modern agents.

Across his first 14 years at Rex, Peter built and led the Sales team, most recently serving as Commercial Director. During this time he worked closely with agencies of all sizes across Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom, helping them adopt Rex’s ecosystem and improve the way they manage client relationships. His long tenure and extensive experience have made him well known and respected across the real estate industry.

In October 2024, Peter transitioned into the role of Director of Customer Experience. He now oversees all customer facing teams across Australia and the UK, including Support, Onboarding, Customer Success, Account Management and Key Accounts. His focus is on ensuring Rex customers receive a consistent, high quality experience across every stage of their journey, supported by strong processes, empathetic service and a genuine partnership mindset.

With more than 14 years in PropTech and hands-on real estate experience before that, Peter brings a rare combination of industry insight and operational leadership to Rex’s Senior Leadership Team.
