Meghan Bach

Meghan Bach is the Chief People Officer at Rex Software, where she leads People & Culture strategies across the Rex Group. In this role, Meghan champions organisational culture, employee engagement, leadership development and talent strategy to foster a high‑performing, inclusive workplace that supports innovation and business growth.

Meghan brings more than a decade of human resources and people strategy experience across multiple industries. Prior to her current leadership role, she served as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at the Australian Agricultural Company, driving HR initiatives that supported organisational performance and workforce capability. 

She holds a Master’s in Strategic Organisational Development and Human Resource Management from the University of New England, as well as a Bachelor of Education and Bachelor of Contemporary Studies from The University of Queensland, blending strategic HR expertise with a strong foundation in education and organisational development.
