Investing in the workflows you use every day, alongside Rex AI, to make Rex the best in class platform for UK agents.

The best estate agency software gets out of your way. When a buyer calls about a listing or a homeowner wants to know what their property is worth, your attention should be on them, not on which screen to open next.

You'll have seen a lot from Rex AI this year. As more agencies adopt AI in their day-to-day work, it's been a big focus for us, and that will continue. But we haven't forgotten the core workflows: the viewings, valuations, follow-ups and admin that make up your day. We're investing in making those faster and simpler too.

The core workflows roadmap has been shaped directly with UK agents. We’ve listened to your feedback and identified the opportunities to streamline your workflows and deliver you even more value with Rex CRM.

Here's what's already landed.

Book Viewing Wizard

Registering a buyer used to mean creating the contact, finding the listing, building a match profile and then opening the calendar, all on separate screens. The Book Viewing Wizard brings it into one guided flow you can run while the caller is still on the line.

In four steps (Listing, Applicant, Details, Confirm Appointment) it:

  • Registers the caller as a new contact, or pulls up an existing one
  • Creates their home address as a real property record and tags them as owner or tenant, so tomorrow's vendor or landlord lead is already in your database
  • Captures Motivation & Position, plus any custom qualifying questions your agency adds
  • Builds a match profile from the listing they enquired about
  • Books the accompanied viewing against your negotiator's availability, shown side by side

Find it under Global Add (+) → Register & Book Viewing, or work through your queue with Process Lead → Book Viewing.

Book Valuation Wizard

Booking a valuation is one of the most time-critical things an agent does, and it used to take 11 or more steps across the calendar, contact and property screens. The Book Valuation Wizard does it in five guided steps on a single screen.

  • Register the owner, including title and second name, and create their property in the same step
  • Capture Motivation, Timing and Position while you're talking
  • Record property details that adapt to Residential, Commercial or Land
  • Create the valuation (Sale or Let) and book the appointment, linked together automatically
  • Enter the valuation date once: the appointment date becomes the valuation date

When you click Done, you land on the property with the valuation and appointment already in place. Your valuation pipeline stays accurate without any extra admin. Find it under Global Add (+) → Book Valuation.

One call, two bookings

A buyer often says, "I've got a place to sell first." Now Rex acts on it. When their Position shows a property to sell, the viewing confirmation offers to Book valuation. One click opens the Book Valuation Wizard with their details and home address already filled in. You book the viewing and the valuation on the same call, without re-keying a thing.

What's coming next

We're working through the full sales journey, from first enquiry to post-sale. Up next:

  • Vendor feedback, sent in seconds. Today, sharing viewing feedback with a vendor means copying it into a manual email. Soon you'll be able to send feedback straight to the vendor, bundle several viewings into a single update, and use a default template, so your vendors hear from you more and your team types less.
  • A reimagined pipeline. Clearer visibility of where every opportunity sits, built around how UK agencies actually work.
  • Reverse match comms. Faster ways to connect new listings and valuations with the buyers already registered with you.

We’ll keep you posted as new functionality lands - make sure you keep an eye our in your inbox and the Present icon in the top right corner of your Rex CRM to catch all the updates.
