You can now add a subcategory to properties (e.g. House / Unit) etc.

The property subcategory can be set in the create + edit property dialog, and can be used in filters (including our AI filters), reverse match, import, export etc.

This long requested feature should help you with:

  • Producing more relevant reverse matches to potential buyers / tenants at time of appraisal
  • Having more relevant conversations with potential vendors / landlords
  • Working your local area in a more refined way (e.g. help a cashed up buyer find a 3 bed Villa in the local area)
