There is not a limit towards the amount of listings that you can have displayed on your website. You can have as many or as few as your want and there will be no change towards the pricing of the website. We would recommend that you have good data next to your listings (which I am sure you would seeing it would more than likely be on REA) your browse can then use one of our three different search settings to filter through all of your listings if you are to have a lot.
There is not a limit towards the amount of pages or profiles that you can have displayed on your website. You can have as many or as few as your want and there will be no change towards the pricing of the website. However with the menu, you cannot have a huge amount of pages displayed up there for space reasons as you can clearly see, so what we would suggest is the use of sub headings. We do charge for an additional office for every 30 agents you have on your website.
The monthly fee covers our in-house support, hosting with AWS and our software as a service - where we will be constantly working to push new features and functions onto your website while also keeping it up-to-date with the latest in design and technology trends. We also update technical SEO requirements including security, load speed and much more.
