Agent commission awards can be allocated via the commission worksheet in a listing. This includes allocation of listing/selling sides, and a percentage allocation of total commission awards. In addition, Rex tracks actual payments (by fixed $value and percentage) of net commissions to agents.
Rex includes commissions tracking on both a gross and net (paid out) basis. Performance can by reviewed and reported on by agent, agency or broken down by sale.
Admin staff have dedicated functionality to set up and customise default commission structures. This helps speed up calculation of default commissions on a sale, default listing-level deductions such as franchise fees and default agent-level deductions (e.g. cost deductions per sale).
Template settings let admin users complete commission calculations and settlement processes faster and more accurately.
