A compelling set of configurable reports that allow you to load thousands of records at once with dozens of adjustable columns and the ability to group, aggregate and pivot data.
It’s no secret that reporting, together with automated business generation, is one of the core pillars behind any CRM. That’s why we’ve created in-built interactive reports that give you the benefits of reporting without having to dive in and create your own from scratch.
Based on this feedback we decided to review reporting in Rex CRM. We found that making multiple small changes can be difficult and is often a losing battle. We also understand that every agency operates differently; changing a report to work better for one agency might be a disaster for another!
As a result, we figured the only way to comprehensively modernise Rex’s reporting functionality is to give agents, managers and admins the tools they need to build reports that suit their own needs. Similar to our development approach to custom fields.
In our view, a better quality of reporting empowers everyone across the agency:
