You can now mark listings as off-market, keeping them hidden from public view while still accessible via direct link.

Why this matters for agents:

‍Need to share a property discreetly with select buyers? Off-market listings won’t appear in search results, staff/agency pages, or related listings—and they’re excluded from sitemaps, so they won’t be indexed by search engines.

Perfect for pre-market previews, private sales, or managing sensitive listings.

You can apply this setting:

  • Manually, via a simple toggle in the CMS
  • Automatically, using custom tags in your CRM (API synced)
