We are excited to announce a powerful update to our advanced filters, designed to make managing your data and nurturing leads even more seamless.

  • You can now filter Contacts, Listings and Properties by their Active Tracks. This can let you find contacts that are missing tracks, or drill down to records that are on a specific track.
  • You can filter Contacts by their Owned Properties. This can enable things such as searching for owners by address or finding contact records that are missing property associations

These new filters are accessible from within the Advanced Filters dialog. They also work fantastically with our new AI filters (just try searching for "contacts with no tracks").
