Davin Miller

Davin Miller is the Chief Executive Officer of Rex Software and since stepping into the CEO role in early 2024, Davin has been focused on driving strategic growth, innovation, and customer-centric outcomes across Rex’s global business.

Before joining Rex, Davin built a distinguished track record as a senior executive across technology and software businesses. He spent over 12 years as Regional CEO at Xplor Technologies, where he led commercial operations, drove revenue growth, and strengthened organisational performance across the APAC region. Davin has also held leadership roles spanning software, media, and services at companies including CitySoftware, Toamahawk Media, The Age, Fairfax Digital, Moffat Pty Ltd, and The Hotel Windsor — bringing deep operational expertise, P&L responsibility, and strategic execution to each.

As CEO of Rex Software, Davin has overseen major strategic initiatives, including partnerships and product expansions that extend the company’s market reach — such as expanding property management and lettings solutions for UK estate agency partners — and the integration of complementary businesses like Cirrus8 and RealTrust to create a broader PropTech leader in both residential and commercial segments
