Liron Nehmadi

Dr Liron Nehmadi is the Chief Technology & Product Officer (CTPO) at Rex, where he leads the company’s technology and product strategy, with a strong focus on embedding AI at the core of Rex’s platform and future roadmap.

With nearly two decades of experience across product leadership, UX, and human factors research, Liron brings a rare combination of behavioural science, advanced technology expertise, and commercial product execution. He holds a Ph.D. in Human Factors and Psychology, completed in 2012, with research focused on user trust, adoption, and security in digital and mobile systems — foundations that strongly inform his approach to responsible, human-centred AI.

Liron is a recognised expert in applied AI, and is the driving force behind Rex’s AI product roadmap and strategy. He leads the translation of market insight, customer needs, and emerging AI capabilities into practical, high-impact product outcomes — ensuring AI at Rex delivers real efficiency, better decision-making, and measurable value for agencies.

Prior to Rex, Liron held senior product leadership roles including Chief Product Officer at Catch Group, where he led large-scale digital platforms and innovation programs. His career spans academia and industry, enabling him to bridge research-led thinking with fast-paced execution.
