Rex’s help centre offers comprehensive documentation about every aspect of our CRM. As well as written articles, our support centre includes over 160 short (2-5 minutes) help videos that walk you through the entire CRM step by step. We’re sure you’ll never lose your footing.

Moving systems can be a traumatic experience. We’ve done everything we can to streamline your transfer to Rex and ensure a switch that’s smooth and quick. Once you’ve signed up, our operations staff will make contact to welcome you and request the minimal information we need to get you started.

In the lead-up to your onboard our staff will provide all the resources you need to get going with your new real estate CRM, and maintain full contact with you throughout the process to ensure your transition is seamless.

As well as support and help documentation, we offer free training to all our users, whenever they like. Over the course of every month, we run four dedicated webinars for salespeople, and two for admin staff. Our webinars cover all of the features in the CRM – starting with the basics and working up to the more advanced functionality.

Training represents a brilliant starting point for new users as well as veterans who need a refresher.
