Rex makes document management incredibly easy by allowing you to store documents against property and contact records. Once uploaded, files can be accessed at any time from Rex and shared with your clients and colleagues.

Store files for easy reference

Rex includes fine-grained permissions to control a users’ right to add, update and delete documents from a document library.  This ensure that documents stored for compliance reasons can be safeguarded.

Create publicly accessible links for documents

Rex allows you to create publicly accessible links for documents uploaded to listings. This makes it easy to share additional marketing material and documentation required for disclosure/compliance reasons.

One or more links to documents stored in listing document libraries can be shared inside an office or sent externally to clients and other Rex contacts via email merge.
