An improved search experience within Rex CRM, allowing users to find the information they need faster and easier. This functionality has been one of our highest improvement requests, as users search so frequently. Creating a more powerful, efficient and resilient search solution.

More powerful search

The search runs on many more fields, meaning you can now do things like search for a contact by their address. Removing the stress around poor data entry find someone but you can’t remember if you input them with their full name or not.

Intelligent & efficient search response

Records owned by you and records recently modified will be prioritised. Search results are also sorted based on the quality of the match.

Resilient to human error

This solution is typo-resilient, so you’re much more likely to find the result you’re looking for even if you happen to typo a letter or two. In addition, the search now handles some common first name spelling variants (e.g. Stef vs Steph).
