The Rex CRM is at a critical point, where we have an interesting technical and product challenge to unpack and implement - Moving from an organically grown code-base with complex product solutions to a lighter and more efficient model. We’ll be rolling out our in-house design system and simplifying key workflows to offer more value to our users. We’ll be building tools for consumers to save agents more time, bypassing the need for many existing features. Your role will be fundamental in helping to define how we’ll do this, with the guidance of our architects.
You’ll also be responsible for the coaching and mentoring of the team, as well as leading key technical decisions, ensuring that solutions are at the right level of scalable and fast for the issue at hand, in collaboration with the product and design teams. The great news is that you’ll still be on the tools and actively contributing to projects, but with a priority focus on technical leadership.
