About the role
Overview
Rexlabs is a 90-person digital product and service company based in Tenerife, Brisbane. Rexlabs develops products for the real estate and property management industries in Australia and the UK, with thousands of customers using our CRM, digital advertising suite and site builder.
We're looking for an experienced Customer Care Specialist who thrives on providing friendly and professional support to customers using our products to enable their real estate businesses. Our newest team member will ideally have extensive real estate experience, fantastic troubleshooting skills, a genuine drive to help customers and the ability to dive deep into a new product to learn it inside and out. Key Responsibilities
Day to day, you'll be responding to our client's requests for help and guidance. This may involve helping them get the best out of our products, helping them work through any issues they might be experiencing or even advising them of best practices in their industry. You'll also be involved in creating resources like walk-through videos, live customer chats and ongoing written content to help clients learn the ropes. If you have an eye for improving processes that's a bonus.
What you'll bring
- Experience in the digital marketing sector or real estate sector (whether in admin, leasing, customer care or sales)
- Customer service skills - the ability to be empathetic, adaptive, accurate, compassionate, responsive, resourceful and conscientious
- Excellent written and oral communication skills - you'll need to communicate complex technical topics to a wide array of users - from beginners to developers; and in support resources you work on
- Ability to empower end-users to help themselves using a variety of resources we supply
- Ability to evaluate, trouble-shoot and follow up customer issues, as well as replicate and document for further escalation
- An appreciation for design and ease of use
- A desire to learn, master and teach
- A sense of humour and a preference to work in a great team environment
Nice to haves
- Direct experience with digital marketing tech or with a digital marketing agency.
- Experience in a technical support role
- Basic understanding of SaaS systems and general technology
- Understanding of cloud software, and a working understanding of mobile applications and online services
