When you see a seller, buyer or tenant that needs services, simply log in to the Hitch app and tick the appropriate boxes.

After selecting the appropriate provider, you can send off the referrals with one tap. Your client will receive an email inviting them to accept the referral, and if they do, Hitch will alert the provider that it’s time to take the next step.
For connections, Hitch Concierge staff will call the sellers/buyers/tenants and help them find the best provider for their needs.
Then, Hitch takes care of all the referral paperwork with legally compliant electronic consent and stores all documents in the one place for ease of access. You’ll be kept in the loop at all times, so you can check on the progress of every referral whenever you please.
